Introducing the Georgian Diaspora Diplomacy Engagement Lecture Series with San Jose Public Library and the Digital Humanities Center
We are excited to announce the next phase in the evolution of the Georgian Diaspora Diplomacy Engagement Program. Building on the program’s established foundation, we are launching a Lecture Series in partnership with the City of San Jose Public Library and the Digital Humanities Center serving San Jose State University.
This Lecture Series is designed to further the program’s mission of bridging communities and fostering cultural connections through education and shared heritage. Each lecture will immerse the local community in the vibrant tapestry of Georgian culture, highlighting elements of Georgia’s intangible cultural heritage (recognized by UNESCO), including its unique alphabet, celebrated music, ancient winemaking traditions, renowned literature, and cuisine.
Details on how to register for each event will be shared soon. In the meantime, mark your calendars and let us know if you'll be interested in volunteering to support this exciting event series and program.
